Can Pepper handle a very complex data processing brief?
No problem our in-house data processing team live for complex data processing & variable letter texts.
You're along way from us, how can you look after me as a client?
We service out clients with a mixture of visits, telephone and email contact, all supported by our production department in Devon. With overnight, & same day couriers, and email soft proofing, our clients who are all over the UK are well looked after.
How quickly can you turnaround an estimate?
We always try to reply back that day or by the following morning. (If you need it quicker just let us know)
Can I pay by credit card?
No problem we can take payment by most credit cards. (Although paying for your Royal Mail postage by credit card will mean a small surcharge) .
Do you have an environmental policy?
Our policy is to manage the business always with the environment in mind, from waste and chemical management, through to offering an environmentally friendly product.
Can you print on environmental friendly paper?
All the paper we use is from substainable forests, and we have excellent suppliers of recycled papers and boards at prices that won't cost the earth.
How competitive are your prices?
There are lots of reasons clients trade with us, from having the best service and understanding of what they require, to having the sharpest costs. Once we have understood on what basis you would like to trade, we try to adapt. (Having our manufacturing base in Devon help keeps our costs keen)
When I have complex artwork amends it would be good to talk to the person doing the changes?
No problem, you can have access straight to our studio who can take the brief first hand.
We already have our marketing material printed will you still mail it for us?
We offer each service in it's own right, as a mix, or complete package, you can decide. Pepper will do as little or as much as you require.
