Our end client had a last-minute request for 3,000 survey packs and it was something we couldn’t really achieve as we have had almost 24 hour work from our election team this week and last week so I opted to outsource. I contacted David on the 26th and he provided me with a very quick turnaround quote that enabled me to place the order that day.

During the order process, I was given a web-based proof to sign off (I was very impressed with it and it was better than receiving a printed Sherpa proof as it simulated the finish product). A few days later, I received a photograph of the finished pack and again, that made me feel very confident to approve the job.
