It's only 100 days until Christmas! Can you believe it?

As part of our planning for Christmas series we examine some key incentives that could see you earn credit on the mailings that you send at these key periods.

With the recent spate of warm weather it may seem early to be planning for Christmas but don't let that lull you in to a false sense of security. We've been helping our retail and e-commerce clients plan for these key trading periods since the beginning August.

While it hasn't been the year that any of us were expecting, many people are coming to the realisation that life simply has to go on and people will continue to buy and spend. Marketers cannot rest on their laurels and wait, in fact those that saw the biggest gains in turbulent times actually increased their marketing spend during them to better position themselves.

So with these two important shopping periods rapidly approaching, we would like to advise you that you can use existing incentive schemes to post Black Friday and Christmas campaigns and at the same time achieve a postage credit to use against future mailings.

Both of these events create a unique opportunities for brands to effectively promote their products and services to their target audience.

To support our customers during these key trading periods, there are currently 2 postage incentives running;

  1. You can currently apply to participate in Quarter 3 of the Back to Business Incentive  and Back to Business Extra Incentive schemes which are running until  24 December 2020. Please note that to be considered for participation in these incentives, you must submit your application before 25 September 2020; We can advise, apply for and submit these application on your behalf to ensure that they are approved.

  2. From 25 September 2020 you can use our Open for Business Incentive which is running until 31 December 2020.  To enable you to mail Black Friday and Christmas mailings under this incentive, we have added the following eligibility criteria to the existing scheme:
    1. This incentive is designed to assist businesses with directly engaging with customers and prospects and to provide a much needed boost to their trading and advertising activity.
